There are 2 ways to buy vision insurance plans, underwritten by Golden Rule Insurance Company.

  1. You can choose a standalone vision plan.1 This means you buy a vision plan separately, to add to your health insurance.
  2. You can choose to combine your vision coverage with a dental plan. Plan design varies by state, but in most places, you can find either a dental plan that includes vision coverage or one you can add vision coverage to.2 Put simply, if you're considering dental coverage already, you may want to see if combining vision insurance makes sense.
