Quick care options

Offer ways to find convenient care options and save

Virtual Visits

UnitedHealthcare’s Virtual Visits model option lets your employees and their covered family members see and speak to a doctor 24/7 using their mobile device1 or computer, wherever they are. Employees can receive a diagnosis and if needed, a prescription2 can be sent to their local pharmacy. No appointment is necessary–and it usually takes less than 20 minutes.

Help employees understand quick care options

When your employees need care and their primary care provider or family doctor isn’t available, they want to have options. Help them avoid cost surprises with these resources that provide an overview of their different options.
