How to find mental health services and counseling

If you’re a UnitedHealthcare member, there may be programs and support available to you through your health plan. This can include Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, talk therapy, medication management or other care options. If you’re not sure what type of help you may need, get tips on choosing a mental health provider.
