UnitedHealthcare, Integris Health finalize letter of agreement; contract extended

We have finalized a letter of agreement with Integris Health and have extended our contract through March 9, 2026. This extension provides people enrolled in the following plans continued, uninterrupted network access to Integris Health’s hospitals, facilities and its physicians while our organizations finalize the terms of our new multi-year agreement:

  • Employer-sponsored commercial plans
  • Medicare Advantage plans, including Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) and Group Retiree plans
  • Individual Family Plan (IFP)

We thank you for your support and patience throughout this process. We are honored to continue supporting all of the people throughout Oklahoma who depend on us for access to quality and affordable health care.
