UnitedHealthcare, Lakeland Regional Health renew network relationship
We’ve finalized a multi-year agreement with Lakeland Regional Health that provides continued, uninterrupted network access to the health system’s hospitals, facilities and its physicians for people enrolled in the following plans:
- Employer-sponsored commercial plans
- Medicare Advantage plans, including Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) and Group Retiree plans
- UnitedHealthcare Community Plan (Medicaid)
- Individual Family Plan (IFP)
