UnitedHealthcare and Piedmont Healthcare agree to new multi-year contract

UnitedHealthcare and Piedmont Healthcare have reached agreement on a new multi-year contract. The agreement provides people enrolled in the following plans continued, uninterrupted network access to Piedmont Healthcare’s hospitals, facilities and its physicians for people enrolled in the following plans:

• UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans, including Dual Special Needs Plan (DSNP) and Group Retiree plans
• Employer-sponsored commercial plans, including Individual Family Plan (IFP)
